“Hotel nuevo y al lado de un centro comercial. Sobre 15 m andando al centro historico de Ipoh.”

“Good location. Hard to walk in Ipoh with uneven sidewalks. Just take a Grab for 5-6 ringgits. The gym is ok but VERY hot and stuffy with no AC and no fan. Gym is essential useless. Better to take the weights out to the hallway to work out. Also the pool is closed except if you stay in the suites. Locked all the time. So NO real pool.”

“Un lugar estupendo para pasar la noche con muy buen gusto…. Únicamente un poco ruidoso… requiere ventanas más gruesas para aislar el ruido!”

“Si el personal muy amable. La habitación limpia y el baño también limpio y bien provisto de toallas y complementos La única objeción a la habitación es la poca luz natural. Solo vistas a una pared”

“Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room.”

“I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...

“When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel”

“Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall.”

“We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

“Shop nearby, good location”

“Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again.”

“The apartment is clean and location is within walking distance to shopping mall and town. Eating out was a breeze and convenient.”

“部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。”

“Baik. Petang agak bising berhampiran kolam”

“El apartamento es bastante amplio para una familia de 4. Todo es correcto pero se echa a faltar que no haya un solo armario/cajonera en ninguna de las habitaciones y los utensilios de cocina también son bastante escasos. Por lo demás todo bien. La piscina de la azotea está genial y bien cuidada. Con personal amable y servicial. En la zona donde se encuentra el apartamento no hay nada que ver, pero con un Grab de menos de 10RM te mueves a cualquiera de las zonas recomendadas de Ipoh y alrededores...

“The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.”

“The hotel has a great location, 5 min walk from train station, 1 block from the heritage trail, many options for food, the room in excellent condition, ac working properly and very quiet to have good sleep.”
